I bring 13 years of experience in rehab and 4 years in personal training, with a focus on Strength and Conditioning, corrective exercise, and helping people move better without pain.

I’ve worked with everyone from collegiate athletes to older adults who’ve never stepped foot in a gym, as well as individuals dealing with injuries and conditions like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and herniated discs. No matter where you’re starting, my approach is simple: meet you where you’re at and build from there.

I’m big on creating a space where people feel confident, supported, and accountable. The goal isn’t just to train—it’s to help you build the strength, resilience, and trust in your body so you can move and live better every day.

Not one moment changed the way this work is viewed, but rather an accumulation of success where lives were changed, with 13 years of experience in rehabilitation highlighting how confidence, clear direction, and a less intimidating approach consistently lead to better outcomes, sustainability, and success for clients. The focus remains on meeting people where they are, reducing fear around movement and recovery, and creating an environment that is supportive, motivating, and even enjoyable, where providing that extra push can turn a stressful process into something empowering and life-changing.

My purpose as a coach is centered on helping people restore their ability to fully participate in life—moving from pain, fear, and limitation back into confidence, capability, and freedom. I see this work as life-changing in a very real sense; it can be the difference between someone being able to play with their kids, return to sports and hobbies pain-free, or simply move through daily life without hesitation. Knowing I can guide people through that shift—helping them rebuild trust in their bodies and unlock their capacity again—is what makes this work meaningful to me.
