I started coaching shortly after I moved to Seattle 8 years ago. I worked in CrossFit gyms before starting my business and joining APT.
I like to help my clients build strength with the use of barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells and other implements we have access to here at APT.
I played most sports throughout my life but had a focus on hockey, playing youth until college and personally getting back into hockey after a long hiatus.
